Veil Stitch

Yarn: Knitpicks Gloss Fingering
Wraps Per Inch: 16 WPI
Needles: US 3
Gauge: 6-7 sts per inch. It’s difficult to get an accurate measurement here.
Pattern: Veil Stitch
Stitch Count Repeat: Any number of sts
Book: Book 1, A Treasury of Knitting Patterns
Page: 165
Difficult Techniques, if any: There’s a learning curve in how you wrap the stitch, but once you have it figured out, it works really well. It grows really fast and has great elasticity. Would probably be neat for making market bags, etc.
Comments:  Each stitch is elongated and twisted twice by the way that one wraps the stitch.
